8233 Exp Date
This field is used for non-resident alien (NRA) employees. The expiration date of the Form 8233.

8233 In Effect Date
This field is used for non-resident alien (NRA) employees. The effective date on Form 8233.

Account Number
Indicates the bank account number into which the money will be deposited.

Account Type
Indicates what type of account the deposit will be credited to, or whether a check will be issued.

Action Date
The date on which a particular additional pay transaction was entered into the Payroll System.

Additional Allowances
Not used in the Payroll System.

Additional Amount
The additional SWT (State Withholding Tax) taxes indicated on the employee's state tax form (IT-2104).

Additional Data
Additional Data is a hyperlink to the Additional Data page where more employee information is displayed (e.g. Department, Job Code, Position Number, Pay Frequency, Tax Method and FICA Status).

Additional Percentage
Not used in the Payroll System.

Additional Withholding Amount
The additional LWT (Local Withholding Tax) taxes indicated on the employee’s local tax form (IT-2104, Employee’s Withholding Allowance Certificate).

Add Gross (Other Earnings Details 2 tab)
The amount of Other Earnings that were paid.

Addl #
Identifies multiple rows for earnings with different effective dates and/or job information.

Addl Seq #
The number required for every additional pay entry which is used to uniquely identify the additional pay and, if necessary, to distinguish it from other rows of data previously set up. The additional sequence number in the Payroll System always defaults to 1.

Address 1
The first line of the employee's address.

Address 2
Additional address information for an employee.

Adjusted Due to Included Fee
Not used in the Payroll System.

Adjustment
The amount of the adjustment made.

Adjustment Reason
The Adjustment Reason indicates the reason the adjustment was made

After MTD
The amount recorded month-to-date after the adjustment was processed.

After QTD
The amount recorded quarter-to-date after the adjustment was processed.

After YTD
The amount recorded year-to-date after the adjustment was processed.

Amount
The calculated amount of retro pay for the earning.

Amount (Deductions page)
The amount of the deduction.

Amount (Earnings page)
The amount of the Check or Advice.

Amt Not Taken / Calculated Base
Amt Not Taken displays the deduction amount not taken due to insufficient earnings. Calculated Base displays the earnings that certain deductions are calculated on, such as Deferred Comp contributions.

Annual Addl Earnings
The Annual Addl Earnings (Annual Additional Earnings) relates to the annual amount of an additional payment. The biweekly amount for a specific paycheck is automatically calculated.

AP Status
Not used in the Payroll System.

Applies to Pay Periods
Indicates what pay period the additional earnings will be applied. The Payroll System always defaults to the first, second, and third pay periods.

Balance ID
The Balance ID represents the year type being used to keep employee balances. The Payroll System uses CY (Calendar Year).

Balance MTD
The Balance MTD indicates the employee's total month-to-date deductions amount for the deduction code.

Balance MTD After
Balance MTD After indicates the employee's month-to-date deduction balance after the adjustment was recorded.

Balance MTD Before
Balance MTD Before indicates the employee's month-to-date deduction balance before the adjustment was recorded.

Balance QTD
The Balance QTD indicates the employee's total quarter-to-date deductions amount for the deduction code.

Balance QTD After
Balance QTD After indicates the employee's quarter-to-date deduction balance after the adjustment was recorded.

Balance QTD Before
Balance QTD Before indicates the employee's quarter-to-date deduction balance before the adjustment was recorded.

Balance YTD
The Balance YTD indicates the employee's total year-to-date deductions amount for the deduction code.

Balance YTD After
Balance YTD After indicates the employee's year-to-date deduction balance after the adjustment was recorded.

Balance YTD Before
Balance YTD Before indicates the employee's year-to-date deduction balance before the adjustment was recorded.

Balances for Year
Balances for Year indicates the year checks were issued. This is used to note the year for which balances are being adjusted.

Bank ID
The routing number of the Bank receiving the funds.

Before MTD
The amount recorded month-to-date before the adjustment was processed.

Before QTD
The amount recorded quarter-to-date before the adjustment was processed.

Before YTD
The amount recorded year-to-date before the adjustment was processed.

Begin Date
The beginning date of the period for which the employee is being paid.

Benefit Plan
A Benefit Plan indicates the employee's specific retirement and/or Deferred Compensation benefit within the plan type.

Ben Rcd # / Plan Type
The Benefit Record for the deduction and the Plan Type which indicates the category of the deduction.

Benefit Plan
Indicates the Benefit Plan for Retirement and Deferred Compensation deductions and also includes the narrative description of the deduction.

Benefit Record Number
The Benefit Record Number links an employee's benefits to the employee's employment record The Benefit Record Number must equal the employee’s employment record number (Empl Rcd #). Therefore, if the employee’s Empl Rcd # is 1, the Benefit Record Number must also be 1.

Business Unit
The Business Unit field defaults to NYSPY.

Calendar Year
Displays the year of the W-2 information.

Cashed
Not used in the Payroll System.

Check #
Unique number assigned to each paycheck.

Check # / Advice #
The Check or Advice number for a specific check or advice.

City
The city where the employee's address is located.

Class
Displays the deduction class (before tax or after tax) for a specific deduction.

Cmts
Allows agencies to enter comments directly on the Time Entry page.

Code
The Code refers to the benefit plan. The Code refers to the Deduction Code for a specific deduction.

Code (Special Accumulators)
Three character code that identifies the earnings type to be paid. For example, LOC (Location Pay) or OTA (Overtime).

Combination Code
Not used in the Payroll System.

Comments
Comments on the Additional Pay 1 page is a hyperlink. When the hyperlink is selected, the Comments page is displayed. Comments relating to the additional pay can then be entered in text format.

Comp Rate Code (Other Earnings Details 2 tab)
The employee's compensation rate for the payment.

Company
Company relates to an agency's Federal Employer Identification Number. All agencies with the same tax identification number have the same company code in the Payroll System

If checked, indicates that this check was corrected.

Country
The country where the employee's address is located. This field is used for non-resident alien (NRA) employees. The eligible Country of the employee on Form 8233.

Curr Allow
Displays withholdings the employee has elected.

Curr Tax (1042 Taxes page)
The current amount of 1042 tax.

CurrTxGrs (1042 Taxes page)
The taxable gross used to calculate 1042 taxes.

Current Goal Balance
The Payroll System calculates and updates the current goal balance amount upon running the Payroll Confirmation process. The deduction will stop when this goal balance equals the amount in the Goal Amount field.

Date Entered
Date Entered indicates the date the adjustment was recorded in the Payroll System.

Data last updated on
This field indicates the date that this record was last updated.

Date of Entry
This field is used for non-resident alien (NRA) employees. The date of entry on the 8233 form that the employee entered into the United States.

Days
The number of days the employee is to be paid, if applicable.

DE for Rule
The Disposable Earnings rule used to calculate the amount of the garnishment deduction.

Deduction
The amount of the deduction.

Deduction Balance MTD
The Deduction Balance MTD indicates the employee's total month-to-date deductions amount for the deduction code.

Deduction Balance YTD
The Deduction Balance YTD indicates the employee's total year-to-date deductions amount for the deduction code.

Deduction Calculation Routine
This indicates the method used to process the deduction. A Deduction Calculation Routine is required for each general deduction.

Deduction Classification
The Deduction Classification indicates the tax class for which a deduction is processed.

Deduction Code
Alpha or numeric codes that are assigned to each deduction A Deduction Code is an assigned number that represents a unique deduction in the Payroll System.

Deduction End Date
The effective date the deduction is to be stopped. This date is usually the beginning of the pay period the deduction should not be taken.

Deduction Plan
The narrative description of the deduction/benefit plan tied to the deduction code.

Deduction Rate or %
Enter the rate or percentage of the deduction. This field is not available for entry when an option other than Percent of Special Earnings, Percent of Total Gross, or Percentage is chosen in the Deduction Calculation Routine field.

Department
The field that displays the five-digit agency code of the employee’s department.

Deposit Type
Select from the drop-down list the type of deposit. Valid values are Amount, Balance, and Percent.

Description
Displays the narrative description for the Earnings Code in Other Earnings section.

Description (Special Accumulator page)
Displays the narrative description for the Special Accumulator code.

Disable Direct Deposit
The Disable Direct Deposit field is automatically checked by the system if an Earnings Code has been identified as having to be paid by check only.

Distribution %
Not used in the Payroll System. It always displays 100%.

Distribution Mail Option
The fields in this group determine which address is used to deliver the paycheck. Valid values are: "Home", "Mailing", or "Check Address".

Dup
Not used in the Payroll System.

Earn Code
An Earnings Code represents the specific earnings that an employee is eligible for based on the Earnings Program.

Earned Income Credit
Earned Income Credit is a payment from the government that is available to individuals who meet a number of qualifications related to family and income status. A W-5 (Earned Income Credit Advance Payment Certificate) form must be completed. The valid values are:

Earnings
Indicates the amount of the earnings adjustment to be paid to the employee.

Earnings (Deductions page)
The dollar amount paid to an employee before taxes and deductions are withheld.

Earnings (Overtime)
Not used in the Payroll System.

Earnings (Paycheck Totals)
Dollar amount paid to employee before taxes and deductions are withheld.

Earnings (Salaried, Hourly)
The total earnings paid on the paycheck.

Earnings (Special Accumulator page)
Displays the Special Accumulator Earnings used to calculate certain deductions.

Earnings Adjustment: After
The earnings recorded after the adjustment was processed.

Earnings Adjustment: Before
The earnings recorded before the adjustment was processed.

Earnings Begin Date
The first day the payment was earned.

Earnings Code
A three-digit code that represents the specific earnings an employee is eligible to receive based on their Earnings Program.

Earnings End Date
The last day the payment was earned.

Effective Date
The Effective Date is the date on which a transaction occurs. Note for Deductions - The date (within a pay period) which a deduction is to be taken. The date is usually the first day of a pay period, not the current date.

Eligible Income Code
This field is used for non-resident alien (NRA) employees. The eligible income code associated with a Country and Treaty ID on the Form 8233.

Employee Status
The checkbox is marked accordingly if the employee falls into any of the listed categories.

Employee Type
This field displays the employee's Employee Type and is populated from Job Data. Employees in the Payroll System are divided into three Employee Types: salaried, hourly and exception hourly.

Employee Work %
Employee Work % is populated from the Employee Work Percentage on Job Data and is used in the calculation of certain additional annual earnings.

EmplID (Employee ID)
An ID, EmplID or Person ID is the employee’s identifying number for purposes of paying the employee. It is a valid nine-digit Social Security Number, a taxpayer identification number, or an agency assigned number. All employees must have an EmplID.

Empl Rcd#
The number that corresponds to an employee's Job record. If the employee is a concurrent hire working in more than one agency, he or she will have an additional record number or numbers.

End Date
The date when an employee is no longer eligible or entitled to the Earnings Code. The End Date also determines the date when the annual earnings codes should not be included in the calculation of overtime. The End Date also indicates the last day of the pay period.

Exempt From FUT
FUT is Federal Unemployment Tax. Not used in Payroll System.

Exempt from SUT
SUT is State Unemployment Tax. Not used in Payroll System.

FICA Status
Displays the FICA Status (Social Security tax) for the employee. The valid values are: Subject, Medicare Only, and Exempt.

Flat/Addl Amount
Enter a flat or additional amount. This field is not available for entry when an option other than Flat Amount is chosen in the Deduction Calculation Routine field.

Form 8233 Recd
This field is used for non-resident alien (NRA) employees. It indicates the status of a Form 8233 being received. The default value is ‘No’.

Form W8 Recd
This field is used for non-resident alien (NRA) employees. It indicates the status of a Form W8 being received.

Form W9 Recd
Not used in this procedure.

FWT Additional Amount
The additional FWT (Federal Withholding Tax) indicated on the employee's W-4 (Employee's Withholding Allowance Certificate).

Garnishment
The amount of the garnishment.

Garnishment ID
The Garnishment ID represents the specific garnishment being viewed.

Garnishment Payee Name
The Payee name receiving the garnishment.

Garnishment Proration Rule ID
The garnishment proration rule that governs this garnishment.

GL Pay Type
Not used in the Payroll System.

Goal Amount
The total amount of earnings either due to or owed by an employee. Once this amount is reached, no additional payments/deductions are taken.

Goal Balance
The accumulated amount of earnings paid to or recovered from an employee to date.

Gross Earnings MTD
Gross Earnings MTD indicates the employee's total gross earnings month-to-date.

Gross Earnings QTD
Gross Earnings QTD indicates the employee's total gross earnings quarter-to-date.

Gross Earnings YTD
Gross Earnings YTD indicates the employee's total gross earnings year-to-date.

Hourly Rate
Not used in the Payroll System.

Hours (Earnings page)
The number of hours paid for the earnings.

Hours (Salaried, Hourly)
Hours paid for the earning.

Hours (Special Accumulators page)
Displays the number of hours linked to the Special Accumulator.

Hours Adjustment: After
The hours recorded after the adjustment was processed.

Hours Adjustment: Before
The hours recorded before the adjustment was processed.

Hours MTD indicates the total number of hours tied to the employee's earnings type month-to-date.

Hours QTD

Hours/Units
The hours/units the employee is to be paid, if applicable.

Hours YTD
Hours YTD indicates the total number of hours tied to the employee's earnings type year-to-date.

ID

The garnishment ID.

Income Code (1042-S Tax page)
The income code is the type of income exempt under the treaty.

Income Type
Displays the description of the Income Code.

Issue Date
The date the check was issued.

Job Code
The Job Code field displays the six digit code used to represent the job.

Less Exemption
Refers to any exemptions the employee has.

Displays amount limited by calculation.

Line
Random assignment of numbers used for payroll processing.

Line
The paysheet line number.

Loan interest %
Not used in the Payroll System.

Local Withholding Allowances
The number of allowances that the employee claims for local withholding tax purposes. This number should match the number on the employee’s State IT-2104 form.

Locality
Indicates the locality that tax is being withheld for, if applicable. The valid values are: P0001 New York and 84000 Yonkers.

Locality Name
Displays the name of the locality in which the employee works or lives. The valid values are New York and Yonkers.

Lock-In Details (Federal Tax page)
Should be checked if a letter has been received from the IRS specifying the allowances an employee is allowed to have.

Lock-In Details (State Tax page)
Should be checked if a letter has been received from the Department of Taxation and Finance specifying the withholding allowances an employee is allowed to have.

LWT Marital/Tax Status
The employee’s local tax marital status indicated on the IT-2104 form. The valid values are: Single and Married.

Mass Rqst ID
Not used in the Payroll System.

Max Earnings Eligible Per Year
This field is used for non-resident alien (NRA) employees. Shows the earnings caps that apply to each earnings type as per the tax treaties for non-resident alien employees.

Maximum Deduction
The maximum deduction allowed.

Month to Date
The month-to-date deducted amounts.

Name
The employee’s name.

Net Pay
The dollar amount paid to the employee after taxes and deductions are withheld.

Net Pay Percent / Net Pay Amount
Enter the percent of the employee’s net pay to be deposited or the dollar amount of the deposit. Do not enter information into both the % Net Pay and $ Amount fields.

Net Pay YTD
Indicates the employee's total net pay year-to-date.

No Limit Gross
Indicates No Limit Gross earnings.

No Limit Gross
Displays the gross amount for the tax class.

Non-Residency Statement Filed
This checkbox indicates if the employee has completed the necessary non-residency certificate, if applicable. It is for informational purposes only and does not affect payroll processing.

NRA Withholding Rule
This field is used for non-resident alien (NRA) employees. Only applies to residents of India.

Off-Cycle
If checked, indicates that this payment was processing outside of normal payroll processing.

OK to Pay
OK To Pay is an OSC indicator for payment approval.

OSC/Agency Deduction Override
This field will appear on the page only when the Deduction Code pertains to union dues/agency shop fee. It indicates whether or not the online data entered will be used to calculate the agency shop or union dues amount.

OT Eff Date
The date the earnings begin to be used in the calculation of overtime per the FLSA rules.

Other Earnings
Displays information about earnings other than regular hours or salary.

Other Work Locality
Not used in the Payroll System.

Overtime Hours

Page
Page number is used by OSC to locate an employee's pay record. Also the paysheet page number.

Pay End Dt
Pay End Date refers to the last day of a pay period.

Pay Frequency
Indicates how often the employee is paid.

Pay Group
A grouping of employees with similar payment attributes used to process paychecks as a group. For example, lag and current employees would be in different pay groups.

Pay Period End
Pay End Date refers to the last day of a pay period.

Payback Amt/Refund Amt
Payback Amt displays if the deduction represents an arrears payback. Refund Amt is a refund of the deduction to the employee.

Paycheck Delivery Option
Displays the delivery option for the paycheck. Valid values are "Company Distribution" and "Postal Service".

Paycheck Status
Indicates the processing status of the paycheck (Calculated, Confirmed).

Pay End Dt
Pay End Date refers to the last day of a pay period.

Pay Group
A grouping of employees with similar payment attributes used in order to process the paychecks as a group. For example, lag and current employees would be in different pay groups.

Pay Period End
Pay Period End refers to the last day of a pay period.

Payback Amt/Refund Amt
Payback Amt if the deduction represents an arrears payback. Refund Amt is a refund of the deduction to the employee.

Payee Fee
The amount that the payee charges for processing the garnishment.

Percentage
Additional withholding requested by the employee for local taxes.

Period
The period being viewed.

Person ID
An ID, EmplID or Person ID is the employee's identifying number for purposes of paying the employee. It is a valid nine-digit Social Security Number, a taxpayer identification number, or an agency assigned number. All employees must have an EmplID.

Plan Type
The Plan Type identifies whether the plan is a general deduction, retirement plan, or deferred compensation.

Position Number
A unique number assigned to a specific job code in a specific department.

Postal
The five-digit zip code with the four-digit postal code, if available, for the address.

PR Retirement Plan
Not used in the Payroll System.

Priority
The lower the number, the higher the priority (the earlier in the process the deduction is handled). 100 is the highest priority. The Balance account should have a priority of 999. Priority numbers are important when an employee’s pay is not enough to cover all direct deposits. Priority also indicates what rank the garnishment has for deduction.

Process Flag
The Status field displays the status of the retroactive pay request. The potential values are:
Recalculate Request - a change has been made to the Job Data or Additional Pay page after the transaction was entered;
Calculated - ready for processing;
Loaded to Paysheets - added to the paysheet.

Process Flag (W-2)
Indicates the status of the W-2. (i.e. Complete, Void, W-2c issue).

Prorate Additional Pay
Prorate Additional Pay is an indicator to prorate certain additional pay earnings when and employee has been appointed or removed from the payroll with an effective date other than the pay period begin or end date.

Quarter
The quarter being viewed.

Quarter to Date
The quarter-to-date deducted amounts.

Rate Code
Not used in the Payroll System.

Rate Used
Not used in the Payroll System. Defaults to Hourly Rate.

Reason
The Reason field indicates how the earning was entered or updated on the page.

Regular Earn Hours
Displays regular hours and earnings for a salaried employee.

Regular Hours
Displays the Hours, Earnings, and Rate Used for Regular Hours.

Reprint
Not used in the Payroll System.

Retro Pay Effective Date
The effective date of the retroactive change.

Retro Pay Sequence Number
The Retro Pay Seq # field displays a unique number assigned to each Retro Pay Request.

Resident
Displays the State for which taxes are withheld and if the employee is a Resident of the state. The valid values for State are: NY (New York), Il (Illinois), DC (District of Columbia), and VA (Common Wealth of Virginia). The valid value for Resident is 'Yes’, if the employee is a resident of the state; and the field is blank, if the employee is a non-resident alien. This check box indicates whether the employee is a resident of the work state. The checkbox is automatically checked for all employees upon a hire. When an employee is a non-resident alien (NRA) and the Form 8233 is received, this box should be unchecked.

SDI Status
State Disability Insurance (SDI) status is not used in Payroll System.

Separate Check
The number of a separate check if one was issued.

Sep Chk #
A system generated number that defaults for certain additional pay earnings codes which have been identified as having to be paid in a separate check.

Sequence Number
Displays the sequence number of the deduction balance adjustment. If more than one adjustment occurs in a day, the number in this field indicates which adjustment took place first.

Shift
Not used in the Payroll System.

Shift Rate
Not used in the Payroll System.

Short Description
The short description of the earnings code.

Special Accumulator Code
Represents the type of accumulator displayed, displays the code assigned to the Special Accumulator.

Social Security #
Displays the Social Security Number on the W-2.

Special Tax Status (Federal Tax Data)
The fields in this group box indicate the employee's federal withholding tax status. The valid values are:

Special Tax Withholding Status
The fields in this group box indicate the employee's federal withholding tax status. The valid values are:
None - Select this option if no special tax status exists;
Maintain gross: FWT will be zero unless specified in 'Additional
Withholding' below - refers to those employees claiming Exempt status;
Non-Resident Alien; Tax Treaty/NR Data - this is the result of a tax treaty agreement between the United States and the Nonresident alien's country of citizenship.

State
Displays the State for which taxes are withheld (where the employee works). The valid values are: NY (New York), IL (Illinois), DC (District of Columbia), PR (Puerto Rico). and VA (Commonwealth of Virginia).

State (W-2)
Displays the State of the employee that the W-2 was sent to.

Status
Status represents whether the row or record is Active or Inactive.

Suffix
Displays the suffix for the employee's name, if applicable.

Suppress DDP Advice Print
Not used in the Payroll System.

SWT Marital/Tax Status
The employee state tax marital status indicated on the IT-2104 form. The values are 'Single' and 'Married'.

Take on all Paygroups
Not used in the Payroll System.

Tax Amount
Displays the tax amount withheld for that tax.

Tax Balance Class
Displays the Tax Balance Class for a specific tax. Type of tax withheld, such as FICA, withholding, OASDI, 1042, etc.

Tax Class
Displays the Tax Class for a specific tax. Type of tax withhold such as FICA, withholding, OASDI, 1042, etc.

Tax Entity
Displays the taxing authority that requires tax deductions. Valid values are: US Federal, State, P0001, and 84000.

Tax Form ID
Displays W-2.

Tax Marital Status
The employee federal tax marital status indicated on the W-4 form. The values are 'Single' and 'Married'.

Tax Method
Displays the Tax Method used to tax the employee’s earnings. The valid values are: Annualized and Supplemental.

Tax Not Taken
Displays Taxes Not Taken, if applicable.

Tax Periods
The Tax Periods field displays the number of tax periods used for the tax calculation.

Tax Rate (after form)
For non-resident aliens, whose Form 8233 have been completed and are in effect. This is the tax rate that is applied to their income until the income exceeds the maximum earnings specified.

Tax Rate (before form)
Not used in this procedure. This field is used for non-resident alien (NRA) employees. It is the tax rate that is applied to the employee's income if their Form 8233 has not been completed.

Taxable Gross
Displays the gross amount used for the tax calculation.

Taxes
Displays the amount of tax paid for the Tax Balance Class for that Period.

Taxpayer ID Number
An identifying number issued to employees by the IRS. It is not a Social Security number.

Indicates employee's total deduction amounts that have been taken year-to-date.

Total Gross YTD
Indicates employee's total gross earnings year-to-date.

Total Taxes YTD
Indicates employee's total tax amounts that have been withheld year-to-date.

Treaty Exp Date
This field is used for non-resident alien (NRA) employees. The treaty expiration date.

Treaty ID
This field is used for non-resident alien (NRA) employees. The specific Treaty ID that is included in the tax treaty. Upon entering a 'Yes' in the Form 8233 Recd field and a date in the 8233 In Effect Date field, the system calculates the Treaty Exp Date.

The type of deduction.

Type (Garnishments page)
The type of garnishment deduction.

UI Jurisdiction
This check box indicates if the state selected in the State field is the state of jurisdiction for unemployment insurance tax. This box should always be checked even though payroll processing is not dependent upon this field.

Use Total Wage for Multi-State
Not used in the Payroll System.

Vendor
Vendor represents the payee of the garnishment deduction.

Vendor ID
The Vendor ID represents the recipient of the specific garnishment.

W2 Info
Displays the amounts listed in boxes on the W-2 for Federal, State, and Local reporting.

W-2 Reporting
Indicates any special employee status required for W-2 (W-2 Wage and Tax Statement) reporting. The valid values are:

W-4 Processing Status
The fields in the group box indicate if the employee has a W-4 on file for marital status and withholding allowances. These fields are for informational purposes only. The valid values are:

W-5 Processing Status
The fields in this group box indicate if the employee has a W-5 (Earned Income Credit Advance Payment Certificate) on file for earned income credit. These fields are for informational purposes only. The valid values are:

W8 Exp Date
This field is used for non-resident alien (NRA) employees.

W8 In Effect Date
This field is used for non-resident alien (NRA) employees.

W9 In Effect Date
This field is used for non-resident alien (NRA) employees.

Withholding Allowances (Federal Tax page)
The number of allowances that the employee claims for federal withholding tax purposes. This number should match the number on the employee's W-4 form.

Withholding Allowances (State Tax page)
The number of allowances that an employee claims for state withholding tax purposes. This number should match the number on the employee's IT-2104 form.

Year
The year being viewed.

Year to Date
The year-to-date deducted amounts.
